“Konzeption und Implementierung eines Rollenmanagementsystems zur Zugriffsrechtsverwaltung im Rahmen des Swarm IQ Ride & Move Service der IAV GmbH”
Embedded in an Agile/Scrum development team, contributing to an active internal project — sprint planning, daily standups, task refinement, code reviews, and collaborative development.
Following the internship, I dedicated the second phase entirely to my thesis. The process followed a structured UCD methodology: analysis of the existing production system (Ist-Analyse) → requirements gathering → pre-implementation expert interviews to identify pain points → UI/UX mockup design → implementation of the role management system → post-implementation expert interviews to evaluate improvements against ISO 9241-11 → full technical documentation.
